Order process
1) Contact us via eBay messenger with a link to the STL file you would like to print or send the STL file to the email at the bottom of this listing with your eBay username. We will respond with a time required and quoted price.
2) After receiving your quote and print time. Come back to this listing and you can now purchase the time needed to print your project. When you make your purchase, for "item quantity" enter the number of print hours you need.
3) If you have a color, material type, infill strength, or any other preference please let me know. If none of these are chosen we will use the best settings to achieve the best print quality and material with the most inventory at the time.
4)Once payment is received, your file will enter the queue. we will message you to let you know when your print is scheduled to print. In most cases this is within 24 hrs of payment.

If you have an issue please contact us immediately. Within 7 days of delivery J.W.S. 3D Prints will refund or reprint your item for issues relating print defect and quality issues. The item being refunded or replaced must be returned before a replacement is sent out or refund issued.
Before opening a case or return request please contact me. We will work to resolve the issue.
Cancellations must be made before your print is started. I will send all customers a notification when their print has begun and finished.
Shipping
Domestic and International
Prints will be printed and shipped in the order they are received. All domestic order items will be shipped using USPS with tracking included for free.  International orders will also be shipped via USPS  with tracking, but the shipping cost will be negotiated with customer at time of quoting the project. Import duties, VAT, or any other taxes which are not included in the quoted price are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to know the status of the queue please contact me on eBay.
